Today’s Tip 19 prompt for our mid-year Grateful in April project, a Journey of Journalling, is all about self-care!

Take a moment to reflect on the things you do to nourish your mind and body and write about them in your journal.

Maybe you love taking a yoga class, going for a run or hitting the gym to get your body moving. Or perhaps you find peace and clarity through meditation or mindfulness practices.

And let’s not forget about the hobbies and activities that bring you joy and allow you to express yourself! Whether it’s painting, writing, or playing music, having an outlet for creativity is so important for our mental health.

So today, let’s take some time to celebrate and appreciate all the ways we take care of ourselves.
