Day 25: Grateful for liking our own lives

We’re busy liking things on social media, but do you ‘like’ your life?

We are 25 days into a comprehensive burst of practicing gratitude and you may find it is still easy to sometimes worry about what’s not working in your life.

Worrying and imagination are two sides of the same coin. Worrying about things that might happen diverts our attention from focusing on what we want to happen.

Today’s challenge is to let go of worry and to focus on what we like about our lives and what we would like to create more of.

Use your imagination to push through the boundaries of your usual thinking to the places where you can transform your life. Instead of worrying, you can be creative, positive and visualise a future you love.

Try it for a few days and see what happens.

The more you develop your skills through an attitude of gratitude, the more amazing the people and opportunities that can appear before you.
